1. What's Included?
All pricing packages include wash, dry, fold & delivery services. Customer has the choice of Detergent. Next day delivery is only available for Subscription Plan Customers.
2. Is There A Minimum?
We have a $50 minimum on all orders. You can still give us as little or as much laundry as your want, but orders under $50 will be charged the difference.
3. What Detergent Do You Use?
We use Tide, Persil or Kirkland, all rated excellent by consumer reports. We have Hypoallergenic options as well. There's no extra charge.
4. What times do you pick up & deliver?
Pickup and delivery occur between 8am - 6pm Monday-Thursday, Saturday & Sunday.
5. What if Clothes are lost or damaged?
It's extremely rare that items are lost or damaged. Your laundry is tagged, kept together, and
separate from other orders at all times. We wash in cold water (unless you request otherwise). However, in rare circumstances items are protected under our Garment Protection Plan.
